Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  1. The item is unworn
  2. The item is unwashed
  3. The original packaging is intact

What if my item is faulty?

Contact us via email: nourelnafisah@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the fault.

Items must be unworn.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Where do you ship & how long does delivery take?

We currently ship within Singapore only. Singapore delivery takes 2–5 working days after processing.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate of $10 per delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking details will be sent by email once your parcel is dispatched.
